My adventure begins at Tri-Cities Regional Airport with all my friends and family. I'm very thankful for all the love and support I've received from everyone! Without everyone of you, I would not be here. I'm not sure the order of the pictures, but I will do my best to caption then for you.
Here are a few pictures from my travelling. I was blessed beyond measure to have friends and family pray over me at the airport.
I had no trouble finding gates, but the flight from Atlanta was one of the worst of my life. Smelly men, no room, and spilled coffee, oh my. And I have a picture of the plane from the gate to comemorate.
And from Amsterdam, the only trouble I had was that my large carry-on was sent on to Entebee without me. The airport was lovely however. The coffee was amazing, and there was an impressive art museuem.
My next flight, though still incredibly long, was leaps and bounds better. I was sitting by a British man who was a medical salesman. He even gave me the numbers to his personal driver and a resort with a spa (not that I would go).
There's a picture of my first view of the African desert from the plane.
And finally, the view from my bedroom window this morning when I woke up. I'm sitting here now on the back porch, coffee beside me, light breeze blowing, ovewhelmed with gratefulness that I can have this amazing experience.
